This formulation has been in the works for months! Many of you may have gotten different variations of this body cream in your orders over the holidays. I was hoping to release it then, but I felt like it needed a few tweaks. I am in love with it now! I wanted something as rich and moisturizing as body butter, but without the heaviness or meltability. This is emulsified which means that it will penetrate the skin more easily than a straight body butter. It also means that I can add some really lovely active ingredients that are water soluble like Vitamin B5, aloe extract, and aloe juice. I use Sea Buckthorn oil as well. Sea Buckthorn oil is full of antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, and all 4 omega fatty acids. The base of this lotion is a blend of 3 organic butters: shea, mango, and cocoa, making it perfect for very dry skin or overworked hands. Compare my body cream to those luxury body creams found in high end department stores.
