All orders will ship within 48 hours of receipt unless otherwise stated in a banner on the homepage. In the event you are overcharged for shipping, a refund will be issued. I am not responsible for the package once it leaves my possession.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact me at sweethomesoaps@gmail.com and I will work with you for a resolution. Due to the nature of soaps, I will not accept returns.
